2. Service Overview
This App provides online food ordering and delivery services from partnered restaurants and food outlets.
We act as an intermediary between customers and restaurants. The food is prepared and delivered by the respective restaurant or delivery partner.
3. User Account
- You must register with valid information (name, phone number, address, etc.).
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.
- Any activity under your account will be considered authorized by you.
4. Ordering and Payment
- Orders placed through the App are confirmed only after acceptance by the restaurant.
- Prices listed include applicable taxes and may vary by restaurant.
- Payment can be made through online modes (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Wallet) or Cash on Delivery (if available).
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on restaurant preparation time, distance, or traffic.
- You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.
- If you are unavailable or provide wrong details, the delivery may be canceled and payment may not be refunded.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are processed only in cases of order cancellation by the restaurant or non-delivery.
- Refund timelines depend on the payment method and bank policies (usually 5–7 business days).
- Complaints about order quality or missing items should be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
7. Restaurant Responsibility
Restaurants are responsible for food preparation, hygiene, and quality. We are not liable for any issues related to the taste, quality, or health effects of the food.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse or interfere with App operations.
- Post false reviews or use abusive language.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App or servers.
Violating these terms may result in suspension or permanent ban of your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and trademarks displayed on the App are owned by Blasta Online Food Ordering Private Limited or licensed to it. Copying or using them without permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any:
- Delays, damages, or losses arising from use of the App.
- Food-related health issues.
- Technical errors, server issues, or force majeure events.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle and protect your information.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the App. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
